Filling up 3 of the charges during combat by using different special attacks then allows you to hit + to activate Super Wung-Fu. You will gain the ability to use it early in the story after obtaining the Klonkfist, then you can unlock abilities that grant charges towards Super Wung-Fu when used. Super Wushu (actually called Super Wung-Fu in-game) functions as a sort of ultimate attack or charged-up state that you can enter during combat.
