Was transferred to the door dept and no one to take the call. It seems like all I have gotten is the run around. Furthermore the company was quick to take my money and since then very very poor customer service!!!!! Now was told that the tech will call me at 8AM March 3rd. I missed out on work because I was promised an installation date of March 3rd. Nothing but a complete waste of my time and money. Still no call and then called back then was informed had to be contacted from original tech before door installation could be set up.

Them was told I would receive a call from the door Dept to set up a install possibly Friday 4th of March. Everyone that I talked to knew nothing until they found out the paperwork was never submitted just today. Upon calling numerous times today they had no records of my appointment nor N invoice nor half the money paid. While Craig was here to do the initial assessment he set up an appointment for March 3rd to have my new garage door installed. Updated REVIEW!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this company. A1 is lucky to have such a professional, knowledgeable, and thorough employee. Craig went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Craig explained every option of garage door repair/replacement.
